Hillers Fall Against Newton North 14-26

Under the lights on Friday on November 5, Hillers football suffered a 14-26 defeat against the Newton North Tigers.

In the first quarter, Newton North scored the first touchdown and missed the extra point to take an 0-6 lead. The Hillers came back in the second quarter, scoring twice with touchdowns from wide receiver Seamus Murphy and running back Joey Carazza to go ahead 14-6.

However, a blocked punt and fumble by the Hillers in the third quarter allowed Newton North to score twice to regain the lead 14-20.

In the fourth quarter, the Tigers cemented the win with a final touchdown to finish 14-26.
