With the approach of Christmas their seems to be an onslaught of Christmas themed music everywhere on radios, in stores and just song by people on the streets, but it seems like Halloween’s music goes strongly unnoticed. The main music genre of Halloween is Horror Punk.  Horror Punk is a genre that takes the musical stylizing of early punk rock and uses lyrics from horror mythology with, usually, some black humor thrown in. Horror Punk started with The Misfits in the early 1980’s and has stretched to the Far East with modern day bands like Balzc. Horror Punk has become a long running tradition among those who love listening to music that accompanies all of the wonders of All Hallows Eve.
