In baseball, the Hillers won their home opener the final inning 4-3.
Evan Park kept them in it, throwing a complete game for the win. However, it was in the final inning, that Mike Messier scored from second on a steal and passed ball to give the Hillers their second win of the season.
On the courts, girls tennis swept all 5 matches against Ashland. Olivia Anderson won the #1 singles match. And, in her varsity match ever, Steph Pearson won #2 doubles with partner Olivia Contrella.
Finally, boys tennis pulled off a close 3-2 win against the Clockers. The #1 and #2 Mastroianni Brothers won both their matches. But #2 doubles Wills Howard and Chris Satterfield clinched the entire meet for the Hillers.
Next up, all four teams face the Dover-Sherborn Raiders on Wednesday. Check the athletic department website for starting times and locations.
