Anoushka Nair, a 12th-grade student, is the co-editor-in-chief of HHS Press. Although she did not think she would enjoy journalism when she first started writing, her interest started after reading about current events during the pandemic, which led her to join the Journalism Club. Anoushka also enjoys reading, and her favorite book is Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpa Lahiri. She is also an avid traveler and hopes to make Switzerland her next destination. She adores cats and thinks they are the animal that represents her best. Anoushka aspires to become a biomedical engineer and lives by Nike’s short but powerful quote, “Just Do It.”
