The Hopkinton Boys Varsity Lacrosse team traveled to Medfield to take on the defending state champions, Tuesday, April 7th, in a Tri Valley League matchup. From the drop, the Hillers were dominated, trailing 10-2 at the half. Cam Finlayson, Jeremy Hazzard, Michael Fajardo, and Patrick Ryan all scored for the Hillers. But in the end, it was Medfield 17 - Hopkinton 4. Next, Hopkinton travels to Holliston on Friday, April 10th, for a 3:45 PM start.

In other lacrosse action, the girls varsity team also visited Medfield, tuesday evening. Julia Macchi and Maggie Dolan extended their scoring streaks to three consecutive games, but it wasn’t enough away from home. In a heated contest that included multiple yellow card infractions for both sides, the Hillers fell 12-7 to the Warriors, who are quickly making a case as the TVL’s strongest team. The girls also travel to Holliston, but play Thursday night, April 9th. The ball drops at 5:15 PM.
